power window wiring diagram

Hello, looking to solve a problem with rear passenger side power windows. Window won't operate either from drivers seat switch or from switch at rear passsenger door panel. Have tested motor, it works fine when connecte to 12V.. All other windows operate properly.

Can someone:

a. tell me if there are separate fuses for each door motor?
b. steer me to a wiring diagram for this model and year?

Much appreciated.
