Will Parts from an 01 Ranger or Explorer fit my 01 ST? Specifically Fuel related part

I couldn't find any info on parts overlap or cross over, so wanted to post here. I have a Haynes manual and it lists the various models of the Explorer, Explorer Sport and Sport Trac, how much, if any do they share parts? I'm having a hard time finding a replacement fuel assembly pipe for the fuel pump outlet that heads to the fuel filter. I find this part # 1L5Z-9L291-BA, but it seems to include the vapor tubing as well. Would the parts from the same year explorer, Ex Sport or Ranger fit?

I couldn't find a cross reference I only found this link below, however you could check with a 01 Ranger and see, since it has a longer wheelbase like the Trac, it may be compatible I don't know.

Thanks, I've been through Lakeland Ford's website and printed off a bunch of the diagrams. It just seems silly that no aftermarket or other OEM replacement parts distributor doesn't make this or no one has any on shelves somewhere.
