Unhappy 6 disc CD changer in console prob.s

My factory installed CD changer intermittently loses power and reverts to radio while playing CDs in the CD changer in the console. It also loses power when going from engine on to accessory mode. Anyone else have this problem or suggestion? I've had my radio replaced four times and just got a new CD changer, but same problem persists. Would love some help!

Mine did the exact same thing, and it would stay off for weeks at a time...so i just bought a new headunit and use the cd player in it.

MY dad had the X before me, and he sent the cd changer and headunit off twice, and both times they claimed nothing was wrong
