stock stereo wiring harness

Hey guys, i went to the advanced autoparts here in town and i found a harness adaptor so i can put an aftermarket deck in my X. Well, it only has one box with wires, and the back of my deck has two. The second one only has one wire (grey with black stripe) going into it. Do i just leave that hanging when i put in my new deck? Let me know.....installing this week!
