Internet explorer problem

My parents IE is all screwed up. when you open it there is about a 2" gap at the bottom of the screen between the bottom of the IE window to the top of the start bar across the bottom where you can see the desktop. Then on the top of the screen the blue bar across the top is missing as well as the file edit etc buttons, and the back , forward stop etc buttons. Any ideas on how to get these back?

Matt

It kind of sounds like it's stuck on the full screen mode. If that's the case then you can hit the "F11" key. That should return it to the normal mode and give you all your File, Edit, buttons etc.

err.. i dont know but it sounds like the window is just of the screen. Up your resolution and see if you can grab the top bar to move it down .
