i have a question about strobe lights.... i have this cheap strobe light and i would like to make it stay on constant.....how could a person do this? is it even possible?

Bulbs that are sold as strobe bulbs are not meant to be lit constantly. They will either burn out really fast or melt whatever housing they're in.

Why not get another light that is meant to be a constant lamp?
