What coils and leaf springs?
I've checked out bilstein shocks but i still want to get coils and leaf springs, what brand and where should i go to get them? I don't really want to lift my truck I just want to upgrade the suspension, any other suggestions would be appriciated.

If you want to level the stance off you could get some leveling coils and go from there. Run a search on this site for leveling coils and Im sure some info will come up on them. Also I have heard but not confirmed this is that broncoII rear springs on a ranger wil give about 2" of lift or will allow you to keep stock height and get no longer use the lift block. No guarantee on tis but something to look into atleast.
