Dk Exp Extra plugs in '02 sport

I have a 2002 sport and i'm looking to install an aftermarket HU. When I pulled out the Stock stereo, i found there were three plugs.

My question is, do I need to even worry about the first two plugs since my harness makes no indication of needing them, and the stock HU works without them anyways?

Thank you for any replies.

You only need to plug in the big one. The other two are for the controls in the rear.
