Flip Screen With Stock 6 disc

I want to put a 7in flipscreen in the truck but i want to keep the stock pioneer 6 disc. Any suggestions, i was thinking about having it installed in the middle air vents, i attached a picture of what the stock setup looks like so you can get an idea. Thanks in advance

What kind of flipscreen is it? Is it just a screen or is it a head unit as well?

you willing to live without those vents? id just replace the HU
