Yes I have rebuilt 3 myself and watched and helped with countless others. I have rebuilt ford 2.3 carb, ford 5.8 EFI, 2.9 EFI.

I have rebuilt numerous others including:
289 Ford
302 Ford
350 Chevy
409 Chevy
427 Chevy

-Triumph TR6 2.5L (my old '76 TR6)
-VW 1600 X 3 (man I could throw a jug off one of those)
-Ford 351W (my old '73 Mach One)
-Ford 239 (24 stud flathead from my dad's old '51 CS)
-Lycoming 0-235 (assisted in the rebuilding)

the latest was my Ford 4.0

I was into Jeeps and Javelins:
2 AMC 360s
2 AMC 390s
1 AMC 401- this was a wicked engine in a fiberglass bodied CJ
1 AMC 304

Numerous others I helped
289 and 302 Ford
some small block Chevys

just last month helped a friend build his 454 jet boat motor. about 500hp without the spray, has a 125/250 shot of nitrous on it.

Yes too many to mention. The largest was a Jaguar V12 5.3 smallest 0.5cc model engine.

Yes, My 289 from my mustang, 302,s 351W,s, several 2 stroke snowmobile and motorcycle engines, small 4 strokes like lawnmowers etc.
Oh yea a little P.O.S. 4 banger way back in auto shop 20 some years ago.

Do ya mean the Ford 4.0 OHV, or OHV engines in general? If you mean in general, most older V-8's out there are OHV. Almost all the V-8 motors listed by people in this thread are OHV motors.
