All Time Favorite War Flick

I figure, we've got one for westerns, time to add War flicks. Your Top 5

1. Full Metal Jacket
2. Heartbreak Ridge
3. Bridge over the River Kwai
4. Windtalkers
5. Apocolypse Now

This is not in any particular order

"Band of Brothers" was one of the best series (not really a movie, per se) I've seen dealing with war. Really allowed you to get to know the characters and what they went through.

I also like "Platoon" and "We Were Soldiers" was well done. "Apocolypse Now," for all its hype, just doesn't really do it for me.

Anybody see the interview with the men that were portrayed in band of brothers.

You can't help but bawl.
