Help Identify Relays in 97 XL (pic)

I have a mismatch year owners manual that doesn't list these relays. It isn't the main power distribution center, but a small box located under the airbox. Viewed from in front of the radiator:

I suspect the empty is fogs which this XL didn't include. Help appreciated!

that is where the fogs were on mine - i dont know about the rest

Bonus points if you can identify this harness. It's right under the airbox, has 5 wires, and is just beside the power relays shown above (still looking from in front of radiator):

I'm crossing my fingers it's for fogs but the wire gauge isn't substantial.
 






The first picture you posted is Aux Relay Box #2, which contains relays for the heater blower motor and fog lights. See this thread for more info:

Relay Question

Here is a schematic for the 97 fog lamp wiring. You should be able to figure out the correct connection by matching the wire color codes. The 12 V wire should be Tan with an Orange stripe. The ground wire should be solid Black.
