hey all, so i really need some help, or i need to get some information for a buyer that might buy my 4.0 sohc engine.
so i have this 03 SOHC 4.0 sitting around in my barn, and im looking to sell it, but i guess my truck had PATS module? yes, no? im not that informed with this security stuff. i have all the wiring for the engine that came out of my 03, ALL THE WAY UP to the computer, basically i have all that lose wiring in the engine bay, nothing in the cab or anything.
so the question is, how would this guy put the engine in his 98 ranger without having my computer and my keys and such? could he disable the function? hes gonna need to buy a computer right?
what would it take?
