07 ST lift/tires help please!

Hello, I just got a white 2007 sport trac xlt 4.0L v6 2x4 yesterday. I want to lift it and put new rims and tires on it and wanted some of you guys' insight. What lift should I go with and with what size/brand tires and rims? Thanks for all the help I'll really appreciate it!

i recommend the truxxx lift kit it's easy to instal no need of special tools, that kit fits both explorer 2006 to 2010 and sport trac 07 to 2010

what size tires/rims do you recommend after the lift? I want them to be just big enough where they dont rub the inside wheel well.

i was using 17 inch wheels with pirelli 285/70/17 that's the biggest size with 17 inch wheels you could fit according to truxxx they rub but only on sharp corners, here's a post i did cause i want to lift with 20 inch rims hoping someone gives me an idea of the tires i could use
