My Mothers 2000 Olds needs to go in for the emission test. It has a bad o2 sensor and the Anti-Lock light is on. I plan to replace the o2 sensors but will they fail it in Illinois because the Anti-Lock light is on? Im sure its a bad hub bearing these things were known for that but I dont much want to fix it in the cold and its not making any noise yet.
