2003 XLT Fog Light Bezels

Anyone know how the fog light bezels are connected to the bumper? I thought I saw something about a "quick nut"??? I have some of those laying around as well as the washers that can be pushed on the prongs. What is the best way to remove the old bezel and install the new?

It's 3 screws only.

Oh right, my mounty doesn't have bezels, just holes in the bumper.

With the age of these cars, just get them to stick any way you can...small screws, glue, anything really...that's what I would do, as I'm more into function than looks...hope it works out for you.
