2008 AC haywire

Hey guys I love my explorer, 08 explorer bauer, dual climate control. Lately though my AC been acting funny, sometimes I cant adjust the fan speed and its stuck at its lowest setting. After about 24 hours it will adjust back to normal and I can adjust the speed. This happends once every week or so. Also now my AC FAN completely turns off while Im driving and turns back on if I go over a speed bump or something. Any ideas?

Sounds like a wire may be moving around? Does it do it with the heat as well?

No, heat works just fine. Just the AC only time when the heat gets affected is when the fan totally shuts off. Could it be the fan itself?

Maybe! I am not sure if the ac and heat has separate fans or not.
