2021 GPS control Module

hello everyone, my factory low jack as i call it has stopped working and i think im chalking it up to a faulty GPS Navigation Control Module - LB5Z-10E928-BA
Is this in fact in the rear roof liner? all diagrams i find are not very clear.
also if this isnt the problem then what else controls the factory gps location for tracking the suv?

It would look to be close to the antenna on the roof which is at the rear. This parts diagram is all I found. It is part # 3

Are you talking vehicle location in FordPass? If it's not working, maybe your Sync is version 22251. If your navigation is working properly, there is no problem with your car's GPS.

Go to the sync service mode and check the navigation functionality there. If it catches satellites, then both the unit and the antenna work for you.
