4 low

How do you get the 4 low to lock in in a 2002 xlt?

I can come to a complete stop, press 4 low. it will blink but on the 4 low light does not stay on?

Stop, in Park and brake peddle pressed.

It might work in Neutral.

I will try in neutral, It should stay lit up like 4 hi tho right?

In neutral completely stopped, foot on the brake, switch to 4x4 Low

The light should come on and stay on.
