97 Exp wont idle when cold?

Every morning or when the engine is cold, it does not want to idle or if it does it race's up and down and then dies, untill it's warm then its fine, any idea's I was thinking intake gaskets, No CEL

Clean your MAF and IAC valve and see if that makes a difference.

Did that already.. did'nt do a thing

Scan for codes, there may be a code pending that hasn't triggered the CEL.

Did you check your fuel pressure?

I have scaned it and dont see anything, but I have not checked fuel pressure yet..

So i'll give that A try.. it has been doing this for two years

well i fixed it and it was the intake mani gaskets!!
