99 Ford Expedition drivers arm rest

My parents just got a 99 Ford Expedition and the arm rest on the drivers seat is really loose and goes past the stop. How can it be tightened? Thanks.

Those arm rest suck remove the torx bolt you will need to unzip the cover and shim the bolt with a washer, hope that helps.

Okay I looked at it and there is no zipper on the arm rest or anywhere else from what I could tell. I dont have any idea how to get to that bolt.
