Aftermarket headrest DVD players

Before I dive into installing a set of aftermarket headrest DVD players into the front seats, anyone done this? Any tips and tricks? I have pulled the old headrests, pretty simple. I pretty sure there are airbags in the seats(little label says airbag) and I have seen a set of these aftermarket DVD headrests in an 07 Mountaineer, so apparently it can be done. Thanks!

I don't know much about the aftermarket headrest systems but I know in 2010 Explorers you could order a set from the factory and I have also seen these systems on eBay so you could probably get these but they are a bit pricey. Best price I have seen them for is about 1750.00. I assume these will work in the Merc.
