Aux Input on Non 6CD Radio

I see all the posts about adding an Aux adapter to the 6 CD Changers. I don't have a 6 CD Changer HU. I have a 2005 Explorer with a single CD HU (See image) . Can I add an AUX adapter to it? The manual says that AUX is not enabled on this HU.

as long as you have the AUX button (as in the picture) you can use this..

I have a similar setup on my 98 continental but it's for the Ipod since I want to preserve the steering controls.

I have a pie frdn that adds aux input to a stock non 6 cd changer radio. To enable aux input mode on the radio just push the cd button twice. If that works on your radio (mine was an 02) then I can sell you my aux input module

Edit: okay, the pie frdn only works for 1998-2004 explorers but check for other modules offered by pie(precision interface electronics) to accommodate your radio
