bumper billet grille

got mine with my upper grille, installed the upper grille... that was easy. now the lower grille has no directions with it. i got 4 tinnerman clips and 4 screws, 2 of the holes dont match up. can anyone help me out here?

I'm guessing this is just some generic Ebay grile? If so, the easiest way to put it in is to just take 4 self-tapping screws and screw it to the little plastic panel that's there now. That's how I did mine, and it's held up fine for like 6 months so far.
