CD Player problems!

I just bought a 2002 Explorer EB Edition. It has the stock 6 in the dash cd player. When i hit load, it says slots are full, when i hit eject and select any cd 1-6 it says CD Error. Is there any way to fix this? Im going to be getting a new radio/cd player in a week or so but it would be nice to get this one working until then. Thanks.

Gville's got some good radio stations, if the tray doesnt open then just put up with the FM until you get your new headunit bud!

CD6's jam very easy. . . .you can send it out to get fixed for $100 or wait?
