Confusing information on the transmission I have for 99 4.0L 4x4.

I started a project working on a daily driver. Fixing things in order of severity while keeping the vehicle daily derivable and not out of commission. One of the tops of the list is replacing the transmission filter and possibly the OD solenoid. When I go online to find a filter, I get conflicting information. Listed are filters for the 5R55E TRANS, but say for 2WD, not 4x4. Other sources, such as this post say that "the 95-96 have the 4R55E. 97-2001 have the 5R55E". That means I would have a 5R55E with a 99 4.0l 4x4, but an online listing has the 5R55E for 2WD.

So what do I have?

You either have a 5R55E in a 2WD or 4WD form if you have the 4.0 V6, I'm going to go with 4WD since that's what you have on your profile, pretty sure it's the same transmission between either the 4.0 OHV V6 and the 4.0 SOHC V6 too.

The transmission (output shaft, possibly other things) is different between 2wd/4wd. Both would be 5r55e's.
