I have a 2003 Explorer 4.0. This doesn't happen every time but it seems to be happening more often. After I have driven for awhile then shut the enigine off then try to start it back up again it doesn't start right away. I have to turn the key off and try again. I was thinking it may be the starter going but I am a novice with these things. Anyone have any insight?
