My water pump started screaming at me in December, so after a good flush, I replaced EVERYTHING in the cooling system, even the core. And since it was cold here, I did not reinstall the stock fan and clutch assembly. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed the absence of that damn fan clutch...more power, and no noise, and better mileage.
As Spring approaches, I want to go electric. I would appreciate recommendations from folks who have done this conversion. Hopefully there is a product out there that would require very little modification issues. And as far as the controller goes, I would like the option of a thermostatically controlled option with a manual override in the cab, if that's possible. Thanks in advance.
