How can i know if i have limited slip diff ?

Hello,

I'am French, i have an '98 SOHC and i want to change the oil of front and rear diff.

On front diff, i want to take 80w90.

But on Rear diff, how can i know if i have a limited slip dif ?

Because the limited slip diff use 75W140 !?

look at the door sticker in the door jamb. Look at the axle code and vin number. Compare those numbers to the information here http://www.explorerforum.com/ntrprize/Axle.htm

^or an old school way. Jack up the rear end. Spin one of the back wheels, if the other wheel spins the opposite direction then you do NOT have LS.

My rear diff is an 3.73 with an limited slip.

I have change the oil, by 75W140 and additive.
