I scored a set of 15" Ranger steel rims and was considering installing the small 'dog bowl' hub caps. But looking at both the rims & the caps, I can't see how the caps attach to the rims. The older Fords and Mopar rims had 3 or 4 raised bumps the hubcaps grab on to, but not these. I'm genuinely stumped - is there clips or fasteners that attach to the 3 smaller holes on the rims? Here's the backside of the cap'...
