Just a hello before I start lurking lol. After years in motorcycle groups this is my first car/truck group.
Just purchased our 2nd Explorer. The first was a '99, which my Wife had a head-on accident in about 4 weeks ago. She was stoped and the other car was doing approx 55mph. Both were toast. The Explorer was spun 270deg. All walked away. The Explorer died but saved my family. This is one safe truck.
We now have an '03 XLT. With gas prices going up and as we will have it for many years (less wrecks) I thought I'd start looking into improving the truck.
