Hi
my car is a XLT 2002 2wd
i have bought the car cheap after a minor front crash..
the car is now allmost ready for road..
but when i have to start to car the ignition lock immobilazer "sorry for the misspelling" doesnt goes down..
im talking about the small lock fitted under the ignition lock..
it seems to be electrical operated..
sometimes it stays down for 1-2 seconds sometimes it doesnt move at all..
any idea what can be wrong?
as it is now i can only use the car if i operate the lock manually "the lower plastic cover is removed.."
