Does anyone know what percentage of Motorcraft Synthetic Blend Oil is synthetic and what percentage is conventional oil?

take a look at this sight it is all about oil base stocks used in motor oil.
http://www.machinerylubrication.com/Read/29113/base-oil-groups

most motor oil that says "synthetic" is a group 3 base stock the only true synthetics are group 4 & 5 base stocks meaning they are not made from crude oil.
for the percentage of group base stocks for the oil mentioned in your post i dont think that information is public to view the msds will only give you a range probally between 5% and 80% ( the numbers are just an example. i looked through the msds could not find anything for percentages or what base stocks are used).

here are the msds for all motorcraft products
https://www.fcsdchemicalsandlubricants.com/main/msds/us/compiled/US_MSDS.pdf

page 860 is where that oil is at if you want to look

^ Ditto. Manufacturers are not required to disclose mix ratio. No specific % info to be found on the BITOG forum either.
Semi-synthetic oils (also called 'synthetic blends') are blends of mineral oil with no more than 30% synthetic oil designed to have many of the benefits of synthetic oil without matching the cost of pure synthetic oil.
