On my radio bezel and center console parts I thought I prepped them right, but the primer and paint bubbled up in places bad 
So I striped the parts and sanded them, but ran put of daylight. Is there a special primer I need or something? Adhesion promoter? I know there is a rubberized coating on them, how do i get it all off?
