Question (s) as / before replacing timing chain

Yes. Got balance off no problem.working on ps pump. Don't want to drain it. I've replaced the pump and rack (2x) so going to remove pulley as that bottom bolt is difficult without ps line out of the way.

PS Pump is easy.
Remove the pulley.
Remove all bolts except the one blocked by the pulley.
Break the remaining bolt loose.
Support the weight of the pump with one hand, use the other hand to back the bolt out. Wrench should not be needed if supporting pump. Other option, use a gear wrench to back bolt out, keep moving pump away from block to gain more bolt access.

No need to drain fluid, or remove any lines.

What's the small 1 inch o ring that comes with valve coverseal kit tc4156 (rock auto). Also when buying o rings for water pump it was suggested a small 5/8 o ring. Don't see where they would go.

Job complete. Runs great. Lessons learned: don't pull radiator unless u have clearance problems. No worth getting into. I kept crank and cam sensors out until after tc cover on due to chance of hitting them on cover install. Recommend at least inserting them as u will need to move air cond pump to get crank sense back in if installing after cover install.
Remove oil filter for easier access to lower fwd ps pump bolt.
Keep an eye on tensioner pins. They can fall out easy when tensioner is installed. Lost one for a day and found in trash rolled up in a ball of tape.

Also, didn't have to remove the ps pump pulley. Once oil filter is out of the way bolt access is not bad at all.
