Replace cigarette lighter with dual usb charger

In the 2016 ex ford seems to have forgone a cigarette lighter in the second row console for a dual usb charger type thing. Does anyone know if I could just buy the dual usb charger part and swap it out with my existing cigarette lighter in my 2011 ex limited?

you can find plenty of cigarette lighter usb chargers online for cheap if all you want to accomplish is having the ability to "usb charge" but if you want the "Ford Media Hub" which will integrate into the radio/head unit then I'm guessing that will be far more complicated because it will need to integrate into the wiring harness.
