I was looking to install a transmission cooler on my '06 V8, but I've noticed the transmission fluid lines to the radiator are mostly metal tubes, and where the do have short sections of rubber tubing, it is a larger diameter than the fittings provided with my trans cooler kit.
Need some help / suggestions on how to tap into the trans fluid connections to divert the flow through the trans cooler before it goes through the radiator.
Are there any fittings that will avoid cutting the factory trans fluid lines to the radiator????
Any web links and installation pictures would be greatly appreciated!!
Would also be interested to see any pictures of how you routed the extra hoses for the cooler.
Thanks
