V10 Swapped 2nd Gen in Germany?

I was browsing used 2nd gens in Germany when I came across this ad for this 99/00 with the F250 6.8L V10:
Ford Explorer(USA) V10 6,8L Limited

It has some type of mod motor in it judging by the alternator position and maybe a custom 4wd looking at the buttons where the 4WD. Does anyone know anything about this car? I never thought the V10 would be close to fitting, let alone keeping 4wd.

honestly the big problem with swapping an engine would be width.
I'm wiling to bet that v10 is very close to a 5.0 in width. but probably at least 5 or 6 inches longer!

that is a cool looking rig. the wheels and tires need to be changed but it's cool as hell!
