Vibrations after replacing Transmission

I have a Sport Trac 2002 4 X 4, automatic. I replaced the transmission, on test driving the gears shift just fine and drives good until about 60 – 65 mph. I get a bad vibration throughout the vehicle including the steering wheel. I am getting no error codes. Does anyone have any ideas..

universals? i just had a similar problem that started at higher speeds than progressivly got worse. ended up being the bolts for the universal on my t-case. just a suggestion.
