what diff do i have

hey guys, looking to replace front diff seal but the parts store is asking which diff i have(dana/spicer) or non (dana/spicer) assuming ford anyone know how i can identify this diff 05 explorer 4wd 4.0 xlt

Dana super 30/186. Try rockauto.com to make finding parts easier. Get the part number there then take that info to the store if you don't want to order online.
