Will 2005 Explorer Rims fit on my 1998 Eddie Bauer?

Thinking about buying a set of (4) 2005 Explorer Rims on Ebay and would like to know if they would fit on my 1998 Eddie Bauer.

Here are the specs:
5 Lug
110mm pattern
17 x 7.5 x 44

Yeah they will fit but the backspacing is different.
