Does anyone know where I could pick up a new wiper motor output shaft clip? I replaced my wiper motor, but the clip is rusty and does not stay on the output shaft. The clip holds the wiper linkage to the output shaft. It will work for about 1 minute then the clip pops off. Here is a list of the places I've searched.

Autozone
Adavance Auto Parts
O'Rieley Auto Parts
Rock Auto
NAPA
Automotive Fasteners
Both junkyards in our town

Anyone have any idea where to find these damn clips? Or even a different clip that would work?

Ford dealer. I dropped one the last time I did this, never found it. None of the local part shops carried it. Thankfully, there was a Ford dealer with a parts department that was open on a Saturday.

Awesome. I'll stop by the Dealer on my way home from work today. Thanks for the info!

Needless to say, take the old one in with you.

I plan on it. I've made that mistake before.

That clip cost me $17 dollars at the dealership!!!!! It is the size of a quarter and probably doesn't even cost that much to produce. I wish the auto parts stores had it. Oh well. Not much I can do about it.
