Wipers only work on Hi and back wiper arm broke

I have a problem with my wipers only working on Hi. And i have to stop them back to were they start. And i have another problem. On the back windshield arm, the part that the arm connects to(the part that makes it move back and forth). Rusted off so i have no back windshield wiper now. Does anybody know a way to take of the cap or the part that connects to the arm so i can replace it.

I think that the wiper module is bad.

that happened to me(the wipers only working on hi) and it was the turn signal/wiper thing lol i cant remember the name of it but if you replace it it should take care of your problem with the front wipers. and there cheap

I had the same thing on my Taurus. Only high speed and they didn't park. I found the wiper motor housing was cracked by the connector. I replaced just that housing piece from a JY part and problem solved. I had replaced the multifunction switch first to no avail.
