My battery voltage ran low, just enough to make the starter click, but all other electrical works, the battery is chargedd now and the truck wont start. It just cranks, i hear the fuel pumps cycle and the theft indicator does what it need to, it stays on for 3 seconds then goes out, but still truck just cranks, i also checked the inertia switch and it is fine.

Any suggestions???

Its runnin, i kept my foot on the throttle while cranking and it took a solid 7 to 10 seconds of cranking, then started sputtering and then it started, i let it get to operating temp and shut down, and it starts fine now, one, two cranks and starts right up...

Sometimes even though you charge a battery - it doesn't do jack to the avaliable current and voltage. When batteries are dead, in most cases, they are dead.
