Then let it cure with clamps on it before shapeing and sanding. After the box was done, I placed it behind the panel to reference where the sub hole was to be cut. Even a little shapeing had to be done to the inside of the box for magnet clearance. Trim work was also done to the panel itself, to allow the speaker face to come through. Then the beauty ring was cut, and everything installed.
