I have to say that Auto-Rx works well. It definitely made a difference in how the engine ran, with easier start-up, and a slight increase in mileage. When I used it in my 1993 Explorer, the oil became noticeably darker very quickly, indicating that Auto-Rx did it's job.
The only drawbacks are that the product is expensive and I had the rear main seal leak during use but it has gone away with time.
