Pros: Stealth mounting saves space. Out of sight, out of mind.
Cons: Less refined than JL

I got my QLogic box 2nd hand via eBay. Didn't include the cover or bezel, just the box, but that's all you need. It mounts behind the rear panels pretty tight. My Hertz 10" sub sounded great in the box and it saves space in the cargo area.

Stealth mounting is good.
