Pros:	better handling on and offroad
Cons:	none

these are the best of both worlds, better handling on the road, and better handling off the road. On road a valve in the shock stays closed limiting fluid flow making the shock stiffer thus better handling. While off road the same valve opens up allowing more fluid flow and thus a softter shock and allowing the shock to soke up the rough stuff

A great set of shocks that improved handling on my Explorer , one of the better shocks I have used.
