Description: WaterWetter® is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which reduces coolant temperatures by as much as 30ºF. This liquid product can be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties than glycol-based antifreeze. Or it can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems. Designed for modern aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze systems. Compatible with all antifreezes, including the latest long-life variations.
Keywords: surfactant, coolant addative

Pros:
Cons: Didnt help much if at all

I also tried this to keep my engine water temp cooler and I could not tell the difference. The engine temp still read the same and heated up just as fast as without the water wetter added.

Pros: The company claims that it inhibits rust besides lowering the overall temperature.
Cons: $8 is a lot for a small bottle.

I have used this, and it is hard to tell how much of an affect it has on my cooling system. It does run cooler since I put it in, but at the same time this was installed I had to replace the thermostat, fan clutch, radiator cap, and water pump, so the cooler temperature could be the result from a combination of all of these things. The company shows test results on their website of it acting as a rust inhibitor, so I guess you can't go wrong if you put it in.
