Pros: Great for interior work or small things
Cons: Not a lot of reverse torque

Decent little impact wrench that'll do great in the interior and some smaller under the hood things. Do not expect to get transmission bolts out with this, or anything that is pretty tight. I bought it for interior work and that's it. I plan on keeping it clean so I can leave it on the floor or customers seat and not get it dirty.
